摘要
通过溶液聚合方法合成一种含环氧基的丙烯酸酯低聚物,用以改性环氧树脂胶粘剂。研究表明,通过调整主链结构中各单体的配比以及低聚物用量,特别是加入含环氧基的活性丙烯酸酯单体,使其聚合在主链结构中,通过固化反应与主体结构可形成化学键。这种胶粘剂在耐热性能不下降的前提下室温剪切强度和剥离强度均有提高。通过扫描电镜观察断裂表面的微观结构,探讨了粘接性能与微观结构的关系。
Acrylate oligomers containing epoxy groups were synthesized by solution polymerization and used to modify epoxy resin adhesives. Results showed that the adhesives with good bonding performance were obtained by adjusting the ratio of monomers and the contents ofoligomers in the main chain. The performance of adhesives was obviously improved by adding the acrylate monomers containing active epoxy groups due to that the acrylate monomers containing active epoxy groups were polymerized in the main chain and the chemical bonds were formed by curing reaction. The shear strength and peel strength of modified epoxy resins at room temperature were improved and their heat-resistant properties remained unchanged. The microstructure on the fracture surface was observed by scanning electron microscope and the relationship of bonding performance and microstructure was discussed.
