摘要
目的：探讨中药治疗肢体动脉硬化性闭塞症的临床疗效。方法：将肢体动脉硬化性闭塞症１３０例随机分为脉荣合剂治疗组（ｎ＝１００），通塞脉片对照组（ｎ＝３０）。结果：治疗组治愈率５６％，全部有效。脉荣合剂治疗组明显优于通塞脉片对照组（Ｐ＜００５）。脉荣合剂有降低血脂作用，治疗前后比较，对ＴＣ、ＶＬＤＬ、ＨＤＬ、ＬＤＬ、ＡＩ有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００１。对血流变学的多数指标亦有明显降低作用（Ｐ＜００５）。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Chinese herbs is treating arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods:130 patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans were randomly divided into the treated group(100 cases)and control group(30 cases).Those patients in the treated group received ″Mairong Mixture″,and those in the control group were treated with ″Tongsaimai Tablet″.Results:The cure rate in the treated group was 56%,and in all others it was effective,much better than the control (P<0.05) .The levels of blood fat,TC,VLDL,HDL,AI and hemorheologic changes before and after treatment with Mairong mixture were significantly different( P<0.05). Conclusion: ″Mairong Mixture″could reduce the level of blood lipid,suggesting a good effect in the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans.
