一锅法合成3-碘代邻苯二甲酸

One-pot Synthesis of 3-Iodophthalic Acid

摘要 以3-硝基邻苯二甲酸为原料,经过还原、重氮化和碘化一锅法反应,得到3-碘代邻苯二甲酸。总收率89.5%,产品含量≥98.0%。考察了反应温度、物料配比及反应时间等因素对反应的影响。 3-Iodophthalic acid is a significant intermediate for synthesis of flubendiamide,an efficient insecticide.3-Iodophthalic acid was prepared from 3-nitrophthalic acid through reduction and diazotization in 89.5% yield(purity≧98.0%) without purification and separation of intermediate.It was investigated the affects of reaction temperature,the material ratio and reaction time.
