摘要
介绍政府信息公开公众信任问题的研究背景,基于山西"疫苗危机"案例分析总结出影响政府信息公开公众信任度的若干因素,包括政府既定形象、政府所公布信息的有用性、政府公布信息的易用性、环境因素,在此基础上提出IUEE-T模型,分析模型各个构成要素的内涵及要素关系。同时,针对如何应用模型来提高政府信息公开公众信任度这一问题提出几点建议。
The paper introduces the research background of the public trust degree of government information publicity,based on the case study of "vaccine crisis" of Shanxi Province summarizing the influencing factors of the public trust degree,such as the existing impression,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use and environment factor.According to these factors the authors build the IUEE-T model and analyze the meaning and reciprocity of the factors.Meanwhile,the paper puts forward several proposals for improving the public trust of government information publicity by using IUEE-T model.
