摘要
《高校图书馆价值》是2010年由美国大学和研究图书馆协会(ACRL)出版的一份报告。这份报告是ACRL面对内外环境要求所做出的职业回应,即从服务于机构使命和结果的角度来彰显高校图书馆价值。报告的主要内容包括:提供机构视域下图书馆价值研究现状的清晰回顾;为高校图书馆价值的进一步展示提供建议;提供高校图书馆价值衡量的"研究议程表"。
＂The value of Academic libraries＂ is a comprehensive research and report published by ACRL in Sep.2010.It is a professional response to advancing the value of academic and research libraries within the institution＇s mission and outcomes both from Higher Education and librarians.The report＇s core contents contain three aspects： 1） a clear view of the current state of the literature on value of libraries within an institutional context,2） suggestions for immediate ＂Next Steps＂ in the demonstration of academic library value,and 3） a ＂Research Agenda＂ for articulating academic library value.
