摘要 在高校课堂尝试进行研究型教学的活动方兴未艾。研究型教学主要包含自主学习、讨论、研究、合作等方式。以《劳动经济学》为例,实践中的研究型教学存在学生适应性压力大、教师工作量大及相关配套措施不完善等问题。教学中通过启发式教学、多元化教学和递延式教学等以求进一步完善研究型教学。 The activity of research teaching in college classroom goes on,but it needs to be improved on all sides.In this paper,there is an example of teaching on Labor Economics describing the concept of research teaching and some of these points including autonomy,discussion,research and cooperation will be elaborated in the following.It analyzes the problems of existing research teaching such as adaptive pressure of students,heavy workload of teachers and lack of related facilities in order to find solutions and further improve the research teaching by our researching into heuristic practice,deferred type and variety of teaching methods.
