绿色经济发展与绿色经济核算

Green Economic Development and Green Economic Accounting

随着世界经济的不断发展,目前人类正面临着资源过度消耗、生态环境日益恶化等严重的生存与发展问题。为此,从中国人口众多、人均资源拥有量少、环境脆弱以及粗放的增长方式导致资源过度消耗、废气物高排放的现实出发,阐述并介绍开展绿色经济核算的重要性、绿色经济核算的基本方法和国家统计局开展绿色经济核算的研究与实践。

This paper first elaborates the importance of developing green economy from the realities of huge population,low resources per capita,fragile environment in China,and excessive consumption of resources and high emissions fo waste which caused by extensive pattern of economic growth.Secondly,this paper elaborates the importance of conducting green econimic accounting,the basic methodology of the accounting,and also the research and practice of conducting it by National Bureau of Statistics.
