摘要
文中根据电动油泵用电机的特性要求,基于ML4425设计了一款全硬件电动油泵用无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制器。提出了通过增加简单电路、利用较少成本来提高系统工作性能的方法。该控制器主要包括线性稳压电路设计、ML4425外围电路设计、电机平稳起停电路设计、三相功率桥及其驱动线路设计。经实验验证,控制器运行良好。
According to the characteristics requirements of electric motor pump,a full hardware electric pump with sensorless brushless DC motor controller was designed on the basis of ML4425.A method of improving system performance was proposed by adding a simple circuit and using less cost.The controller includes a linear regulator circuit,ML4425 external circuit,smooth start-stop circuit,three-phase power bridge and drive circuit.Experiment verifies the controller works well.
