摘要
随着发达国家和许多发展中国家逐步进入老龄化社会,如何保持老年人积极参与就业已经成为一个热门话题,而自营就业这一灵活的就业方式受到了普遍关注。本文主要探讨了个人和家庭因素以及福利国家体制如何影响老年人对自营就业的选择。在国内外正面临着支持老年人和适应劳动力老龄化的多重挑战的今天,本文的探讨具有一定的政策意涵。在实现积极老龄化的同时,鼓励老年人自营就业具有重要现实意义。
In an ageing society,maintaining senior citizens＇ active participation in the labor market is a high-profile issue in both western countries and China.Self-employment,as one of the flexible employment pathways,has received universal attention.This paper explores the determinants of self-employment among senior citizens： personal and household factors,as well as the factor of welfare-state regimes.As both developed countries and China are facing many challenges in supporting senior citizens and making adjustments to an ageing labor force,this investigation has important policy implications.
