家禽的去势,过去叫净鸡或净鸭。家禽通过去势后,生长快,肉质味道鲜美。长江中下游一带较有习惯,特别是苏南和浙北最为盛行,过去的饲养方式是平养的,后来发展到关养、笼养,其实什么样的养殖方式无所谓,
