摘要
采用双螺杆挤出机制备尼龙6(PA6)/超高摩尔质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)和PA6/UHMWPE/乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)共混物,考察共混物的力学性能和摩擦磨损性能,用扫描电镜观察和分析共混物结构及磨损表面形貌。结果表明:在PA6中只加入UHMWPE时,PA6的力学性能有所降低;再加入EAA后,共混物的相容性得到改善,力学性能提高,摩擦磨损性能也得以改善。当EAA的用量为4份时,共混物的摩擦磨损性能最好,摩擦因数从纯PA6的0.48降到了0.34,磨损率降低了75%;当EAA的用量为6份时,共混物的摩擦因数增加,磨损率也略有增大。
The twin-screw extruder was used to prepare PA6/UHMWPE and PA6/UHMWPE/EAA blends. The mechanical and friction and wear properties of the blends were investigated. The structure of the blends and the worn surface of the blend were observed with SEM. It was found that the addition of UHMWPE reduced the mechanical properties of PA6. The presence of EAA improved the compatibility of the blends, as well as the mechanical, friction and wear properties. When the content of EAA was 4 phr, the optimum fric- tion and wear properties were obtained, the friction coefficient was reduced from 0. 48 of the pure PA6 to 0. 34, and the wear rate fell by 75%. The friction coefficient and wear rate were increased when the content of EAA was 6 phr.
