摘要
以轻型货车后视镜为研究对象,应用Moldflow有限元分析,以翘曲变形量作为质量指标,采用Taguch i方法设计了L16实验矩阵,并采用标准变量分析方法,获得PP塑件在不同的熔料温度、模具温度、注射时间、保压压力、保压时间等工艺因素时成型的翘曲变形量,预测最优的工艺参数组合。研究表明:各工艺因素对翘曲变形的影响程度从高到低依次为注射时间(30%)、保压压力(29%)、保压时间(21%)、为熔体温度(13%)、模具温度(7%),该预测结果与实际结果较相符合。
A light truck wing mirror was taken as the object of the research with Moldflow finite element analysis method. An L16 experimental matrix design based on Taguchi method was conducted to optimize the warpage of injection-molded PP. Based on a standard analysis of variance (ANOVA) , the warpage deformation of PP plastic part in different process condition such as melt temperature, mold temperature, injection time, packing pressure, packing time was got. Meanwhile, the optimal process parameters combination was forecasted. The results showed that the significant factors on the warpage were arranged in decreasing order as following injection time ( 30% ), packing pressure ( 29% ), packing time ( 21% ), melt temperature (13%), mold temperature (7%), which met the actual situation.
