摘要
通过自行研制的新型液压振动挤出装置研究了振动在挤出成型中对高密度聚乙烯共混物(HDPE 6100M/1158)的拉伸强度和凝聚态结构的影响。结果表明:振动场作用下,HDPE 6100M/1158体系的纵向拉伸强度得到了提高,最大提高了27.9%;振动场提高了结晶度,使晶区产生取向,晶粒细化,结晶尺寸更均匀,结晶完善性更好。
The self-made new type hydraulic vibration extrusion equipment was used to study the effect of vibration on tensile strength and condensed structure of HDPE 6100M/1158 in extrusion moulding. The result showed that under the vibration field, the longitudinal tensile strength of HDPE 6100M/1158 system increased, and had a maximum increase by 27.9% , the vibration field increased the crystallinity, made grain area orient, grain refinement, a more uniform crystal size, and better crystal perfection.
