交联对HDPE/木粉发泡复合材料泡孔结构及力学性能的影响 被引量:3

Influence of Crosslinking on the Cell Structure and Mechanical Properties of HDPE/Wood Foamed Composites

摘要 采用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、木粉、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)及化学发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)制备了发泡材料,研究了交联对发泡材料的泡孔结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明:交联剂的加入会明显抑制材料发泡过程的进行,随着DCP含量的增加,泡孔平均直径分布的均匀性会有所提高,当DCP质量分数达到0.2%时,材料中无泡孔结构;交联剂的加入能够有效地提高复合材料的冲击强度,并且随着DCP含量的增加,复合材料的冲击强度逐渐提高,但弯曲强度略有下降。 The foamed composites consisting of high density polyethylene (HDPE), Woods, dicumyl peroxide (DCP) and chemical vesicant azodicarbonamide (AC) were prepared. The influence of the crosslinking to the cell structure and mechanical properties of the composites had been investigated. The resuits showed that the addition of crosslinking agent can inhibit the foaming process, but the distribution of the foams became uniform with the increase of DCP content. There was no cell structure in the composite when the content of DCP reached to 0. 2 wt%. The impact strength of composites can be improved obviously with the increase of crosslinking agent, while the content of DCP increased, the impact strength of composite increased, and the flexural strength decreased slightly.
