摘要 分别以聚丙烯(PP)树脂和ABS树脂作为基体材料,加入阻燃剂(溴-锑阻燃体系)、抗静电剂(导电炭黑)和偶联剂(KH-550)制备了矿用阻燃抗静电塑料。通过改变阻燃剂和抗静电剂的配比,考察了阻燃剂和抗静电剂对矿用阻燃抗静电塑料性能的影响,以及阻燃剂和抗静电剂彼此之间的影响。结果表明:溴-锑阻燃体系的加入能提高PP的抗静电性能;导电炭黑的加入会降低PP的阻燃性能;在添加一定量的KH550后,矿用阻燃抗静电塑料在阻燃抗静电性能符合要求情况下,力学性能有了明显提升,保证了制品更能适宜在井下恶劣环境中使用。 The mining plastic with flame retardance and antistatic property was prepared by adding the flame retardant (Br-Sb flame retardant system) , antistatic agents (conductive carbon black), and coupling agent (KH-550) with PP and ABS resin as matrix. By changing the ratio of flame retardant and antistatic agents, the effect of the flame retardant and antistatic agents on the flame retardance and antistatic properties of mining plastics were studied. Also, the influence of flame retardant and antistatic agents in each other was investigated. It was found that Br-Sb flame retardant system greatly improved the antistatic properties of PP. Conductive carbon black decreased the flame retardance of PP. The mechanical performance can be improved significantly by adding a certain amount of coupling agent KH-550 which ensured that the products can be used in harsh environment.
