摘要
在现阶段TD-SCDMA网络与GSM网络共同组网的情况下,2/3G互操作作为两代网络互惠互补的有效手段得到了广泛应用和发展。要提升网络指标和用户感知,需要提高2/3G互操作成功率、缩短2/3G互操作时延。目前很多地市开展网络优化的过程中已开始进行缩短2/3G互操作时延的尝试,2/3G共LAC区便是其中较为成功的一例。在此基础上,进行精确LAC区边界划分的专项优化,可以在2/3G共LAC区的效果之下,达到进一步提升和完善网络性能的效果。
Under the circumstance of TD-SCDMA/GSM combination networking,Network interoperability is widely used for mutually complementation between 2G and 3G networks.To improve network performance and user experience,it is needed to increase success rates and shorten delay of 2/3G interoperation,where common LAC between 2/3G networks can be applied as a successful solution.Based on it,optimization for precise LAC area boundary can further enhance the networks' performance.
