摘要
在两相导通三相星形六状态永磁无刷直流电机中,其实际电动热平顶宽度可能小于120°电角度,本文在分析其运行模式式的基础上,建立了设及绕组电感的稳态电路模型,并对其换相过程进行了详尽的分析计算,给出其相电流的解析表达式,分析出换相前绕组电流迅速增大的原因,其分析计算结果与仿真结果以及实际测量值基本一致。
In this paper,the terminal portential circuit equation was giving for the permanent magnet brushless DC motor,which is the three-phase full-bridge square wave motor with wye-cnnectted phase windings and with two transistors conducting at any time was concerned.The analytical expression of the phase current was presented when the width of back-EMF's flat-top is less than 120 electrical degree.The theoretical phase current waveform was similar to its measured wavform and emulational waceform.The reasons why the windings current increases rapidly before commutation was theoretically explained by this model.
