基于DSP2407控制的电机双闭环控制的血铅检测仪设计

摘要 该文采用低功耗、高运算速度的DSP2407及可编程器件CPLD设计血铅检测系统,同时采用数字式速度环与电流环相结合的双闭环直流电机调速方式,既保证了测试的准确进行,也提高了测试速度和效率,通过搭建双闭环控制框图证明了这种方法的实用价值,在实际应用中充分说明了测试系统的实用性及可行性。 This blood Lead testing system is designed by the DSP2407,low power and high speed,and the CPLD,programmable logic device.In this system,the DC motor is controlled by the digital speed loop and the current loop.By this method,the accuracy,speed and the efficiency of the test is guaranteed.The feasibility of this controlling method is proved by the control block diagram by the MATLAB.At the same time,this system is proved to be practical in the application.
