摘要 分子诊断技术繁多,发展迅速,可对肿瘤的染色体异常、基因、蛋白、微卫星不稳定性、端粒酶活性、甲基化状态及药物代谢相关基因进行检测,为肿瘤的诊断、分型、生物学行为预测、预后评估及治疗方案的选择提供信息,有益于肿瘤的个体化治疗。肿瘤个体化治疗虽然取得一定进展,但仍然面临众多困难未解决。 Lots of molecular diagnosis technology have been developed to detect tumor chromosome abnormity,relative genes and proteins,microsatellite instability,telomerase activity,methylation state and relative drug metabolism genes,and providing numerous information for tumor diagnosis,typing,predicting tumor biological behav-iour,prognosis evaluation and choosing treatment protocol,and benefitting tumor individual treatment.Some achievements have been made in tumor individual treatment,many difficulties still remained to be solved.
