儿童烧伤患者血小板四项参数动态分析

Dynamic analysis of four blood platelet parameters in children burn patients

目的探讨儿童烧伤患者血小板四项参数动态变化特点及其原因。方法通过BC-5500全自动血细胞分析仪检测50例烧伤患儿和50例健康儿童的血小板参数(PLT计数、MPV、PDW、PCT),并进行统计学分析。结果烧伤程度越重,PLT数量减少越大,较正常对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),烧伤后第7天,MPV、PDW较正常对照组普遍极显著升高(P<0.001),而PCT则普遍显著下降(P<0.01)。结论儿童烧伤患者血小板四项参数的变化规律能够准确地反映烧伤病情严重程度及病情动态进程。

Objective To investigate the variation characteristics of four blood platelet parameters in child burn patients and discuss its reasons.Methods Four platelet parameters（counts-PLT,MPV,PDW,PCT） of 50 child burn patients and 50 health children were examined by BC-5500 completely automatic blood cell analyzer and ana-lyzed by t test.Results The counts-PCT of the child burn patients group is lower than the control group（P0.05）.7 days after burn,the MPV,PDW of the child burn patients group is significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.001）,whereas PCT is significantly lower（P0.01）.Conclusion Four blood platelet parameters（counts-PLT,MPV,PDW,PCT） in child burn patients can accurately reflect the severity and the development process of the burn.
