摘要
本文对现代基础研究的特点、功能、研究内容、进行方式及管理进行了探讨,认为"基础研究是不考虑应用目标的研究"的观点已经过时,现代基础研究的显著特点是与实际应用的关系更密切,在思想、培养人才方面的作用更显著,因而基础研究对经济和社会发展的贡献更大。
The article shows that the point of view of ＂basic research is not consider applying targeted research＂ has become outdated.Modern basic research,a notable feature is his closer relationshi Pwith practical application,the ideological and training qualified personnel＇s role even more significant,and thus basic research has more important contribution on the economic and social development.This article discussed the characteristics of modern basic research,also its function,content,the working style and management.
