摘要
为完善板底脱空注浆检验的指标与方法,以威斯特卡德板角弯沉理论解及落锤式弯沉仪(FWD)实测弯沉盆与路面结构层模量关系为基础,运用有限元方法对威斯特卡德板角弯沉理论进行了尺寸修正和传荷能力修正,研究了脱空尺寸对板角弯沉、不均匀支撑对板中弯沉盆的影响;提出了板底脱空注浆有效性评价的脱空定性评价指标、脱空区充填率定量评价指标、不均匀支撑定性评价指标及其计算方法,并对判定指标进行了现场试验验证。结果表明:检测结果与实际结果具有良好的一致性。
In order to improve the inspection index and methods of grouting treatment for void beneath cement concrete slab,based on Westergaard theoretic deformation of slab corner and the relation between deformation basin tested by falling weight deflectometer(FWD) and module of pavement structure layer,the Westergaard theoretic deformation was modified considering size and load-transfer capacity by finite element method.The influences of void size on slab corner deformation and uneven supporting on deformation basin for central slab were studied.Void qualitative evaluation index,quantitative evaluation index for the filling rate of void area and qualitative evaluation index for uneven supporting were put forward.The calculation formulas of indexes were deduced.Field test was used to prove the correctness of indexes.The results show that test results and actual results are in good agreement.
