摘要
以自制的油脂/松香基二元酸为原料,通过与3种多元胺进行酰胺化反应合成了3种聚酰胺固化剂,再分别与环氧树脂按等当量配比固化。固化物以红外光谱法进行了表征,同时测定了浇注体的力学性能、热失重(TG)及玻璃化温度(Tg),对固化产物的力学性能和热稳定性进行了评价,通过扫描电镜(SEM)对拉伸断裂面的表面形貌进行了观察分析。结果表明,与聚酰胺200#比较,在二元酸中引入松香的环状结构能提高聚酰胺中柔性体系的刚性和耐热性,以自制的油脂/松香基二元酸和三乙烯四胺为原料合成的聚酰胺固化剂具有粘度低、力学性能优和耐热性好等优点。
Three kinds of polyamide curing agents were synthesized by amidation reaction between self-made oil/rosin-based diacid and three kinds of polyamines. Then the curing agents were used to cure the epoxy resins with equal equivalence. The cured products were characterized by FT-IR. The mechanical properties of the casting ,thermal properties and glass transition temperatures ( Tg) were tested. The mechanical properties and thermal sta-bility of the cured products were evaluated. The tensile fracture surface was analyzed by SEM. The results showed that compared with polyamide 200# saled in the market,the rigidity and heat resistance of the flexible system of polyamide were improved by introduction of ring structure of the rosin in dibasic acid. The polyamide curing agent synthesized using self-made oil/rosin-based diacid and triethylenetetramine had lower viscosity,better mechanical properties and higher heat resistance.
