摘要
采用数值模拟和试验方法,对拼焊板V形自由弯曲及其回弹过程进行分析。采用壳单元,对横、纵向拼焊板基板和焊缝在不同参数条件下V形自由弯曲及回弹过程精确建模,并与试验进行对比分析,得到了拼焊板V形自由弯曲时,焊缝移动及模具参数、材料性能参数、板料厚度比和摩擦等对回弹的影响规律,为进一步开展拼焊板V形自由弯曲回弹控制的研究奠定了基础。
Tailor-welded blanks of V-shape free bending process and springback were analyzed by finite element method,Experimental result were adopted to confirm the result of FEA.Models for V-shape free bending of Tailor-welded blanks and welded seams in transverse or longitudinal direction were accurately created using shell element.Combined the experimental result and that from finite element analysis,the displacement of the seam of the welded blanks in the V-shape free bending process was found,and also the effecting law of springback by the geometry parameter of the die,the property of the material,different thickness of tailor-welded blanks,friction of the interface between module and blank etc.The work can be a basis to the springback control of tailor-welded blanks.
