摘要
以宝钢股份特殊分公司的1450mm两辊平整机为对象,以影响函数法及线性函数变形协调理论为基础,研究了轧辊及板带的变形协调关系。通过调整弯辊力,保证带钢在宽度方向受力均匀,实现轧辊在带钢宽度方向上压下变形均匀,以及摩擦磨损均匀。通过编制轧辊变形协调计算程序,实现两辊平整机弯辊力计算的参数化,得出轧制力和带钢宽度B对弯辊力的影响规律。轧辊变形协调计算程序植入平整机二级机控制系统,实现板型自动控制,使目标板型达到7I^9I。
Taking 1450mm two roll temper mill of Bao Steel as example,according to the impacting function method,the deformation compatibility relations between rolls and strip were studied.Bending force was adjusted to ensure the uniformity of the force,deformation and wearing in the width direction.The deformation compatibility program was compiled to carry out the parameterized designing of bending force,and to obtain the rules on the effect of rolling force and strip width to the bending force.The deformation compatibility program was embedded in the control system of two roll temper mill to realize automatic control of flatness and advance the precision to 7I^9I.
