进口亚临界锅炉高温再热器长时过热原因与对策探讨

Causes and Countermeasures for Long-time Reheating of High-temperature Reheater of Imported Subcritical Boiler

进口亚临界锅炉高温再热器在运行过程中因长时过热多次造成泄漏,影响机组的安全稳定运行。经过从烟气侧、蒸汽侧、锅炉高温再热器本体、运行检修维护等多方面查找原因进行分析和研究,制定措施。通过改善煤质、提高空气预热器效率、改变高温再热器材质、改进燃烧器摆角机构结构、调整炉膛负压设计值、治理炉膛吹灰器、加强检修运行管理等,进行了系统的综合治理应用,提高了锅炉高温再热器的安全性,保证了机组的安全经济运行。

Through the analysis and research,the measures are proposed that is to improve the quality of coal and the efficiency of air preheater,change the material of high-temperature reheater,perfect the structure of burner tilt,adjust the design value of furnace draft,improve the soot blower of furnace,enhance the management of maintenance and operation etc,which will guarantee the safe and economic operation of the unit.
