摘要
风电开发在缓解电力紧张、节能减排及调整能源结构等方面具有极重要的意义。在对已建设风电场项目分析的基础上,结合辽宁省典型区域的生态环境特点,重点对生态影响评价技术要点进行分析。
Wind power development has very important significance on alleviation of power shortages,energy saving,pollution reduction and adjustment of energy structure.On the basis of the analysis of the built wind power projects and combining with the characteristics of ecological environment in the typical regional of Liaoning province,China,this paper emphasized on the analysis of ecological impact assessment techniques.
