摘要
工程索赔直接关系到合同双方的利益,索赔的过程是双方管理水平的综合体现,直接关系项目管理的综合管理水平和项目管理的成败。索赔是合同管理的重要环节,是挽回经济损失的重要手段,是项目管理的重要构成,具有复杂性和系统性、既严格又细致的工作内容。本文首先阐明索赔的含义、成因、一般程序等问题,然后探究我国现有关于工程索赔管理的存在问题,最后提出实际工作中我们可以改进并应注意的几点问题,包括预防和相关技巧。
Project claims directly related to the interests of the parties,the claims management process is a comprehensive reflection of both sides,directly decides the management level of project management and whether or not project management success.Claim is an very important part of contract management,and is an important means to cut back economic losses,and also is an important component of project management.It is a complex,systematic,strict and meticulous work content.Firstly,this paper clarifies the meaning of the claim,causes,the general procedures and other issues and so on,and then discusses the project claim management problems.Finally,we can improve the actual work and should pay attention to several issues,including prevention and some skills.
