摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以异丙醇-正己烷溶液为流动相,使用以CHIRALPAK AD-H为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外吸收检测器,在248 nm波长下对氰氟草酯及其S-对映体进行分离和定量分析。结果表明氰氟草酯的线性相关系数为0.9999,标准偏差为0.28,变异系数为0.29%,平均回收率为99.91%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of cyhalofop-butyl and its S-enantiomer by HPLC with isopropanol and n-hexane as mobil phase,CHIRALPAK AD-H column and UVD at 248 nm wavelength was described.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9,the standard deviation was 0.28,the coefficient of variation was 0.29%,and the average recovery was 99.91%.
