液质联用法测定喔草酯在马铃薯中的残留

Determination of Propaquizafop Residue in Potato by HPLC-MS-MS

经过试验,建立一种灵敏度高、结果可靠性高的液相色谱质谱联用分析方法测定马铃薯样品中的喔草酯残留量。结果表明,样品中喔草酯添加回收率在78.4%～82.2%之间,相对标准偏差为3.2%～5.6%,该方法残留测定最小检出量为2×10-8g,符合一般农药残留分析要求。

A high performance liquid chromatography-MS-MS technique having high sensitivity and reliability was developed for determining residue of propaquizafop in potato.The results showed that the recoveries of propaquizafop in potato were from 78.4% to 82.2%,the RSD of the method were from 3.2% to 5.6%,the limit of determination of this method was 2×10-8 g,which met the requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
