对于当代大学生,网络成为他们学习生活不可或缺的重要工具。在激烈的竞争中,高职大学生成为心理问题的多发群体。因此,在高职生心理健康教育与咨询工作中,充分发挥网络的作用具有重要意义。本文以十堰职业技术学院"心雨桥"心理网站为例,探讨网络在高职大学生心理健康教育与咨询工作中的作用、实现方式及成效。

As to modern college students,internet network has the necessary important tool in study and life.In the fierce competition,higher vocational college students have become the key group of more mental problems.Hence the great significance of networks in higher vocational college students＇ mental health education and consultation.This paper has taken as example Heart Rain Bridge Net of Shiyan Technical Institute,studied the role,work ways and effect of networks in higher vocational college students＇ mental health education and consultation.
