摘要 本研究利用薄膜滤光法,探讨25%、50%和100%光照强度对瀑布特殊生境下吉首蒲儿根营养生长和生殖生长的影响。从而为该植株的移栽提供某些相关理论数据。主要测定了母株茎叶形态指标(平均株高、叶长、叶脉长、叶中部宽)和花部形态指标(平均花苞数、舌片数、舌片长、开花数)及根克隆产生的幼苗数。研究结果表明,25%的光照条件下,植株不仅生长快,而且相对健壮,存活率高,花开时间最早,花苞数较多;100%的光照条件下,植株生长最慢,存活率最低,且花苞的分化相对最少;50%的光照条件下,植株的花苞分化最旺盛,开花数最多。 This research studied the nutrition growth and reproductive growth of Sinosenecio jishouensis which was growth in special habitats falls under 25% , 50% and 100% light intensity by Membrane filter method, Mainly determined the mother stem leaf shape target ( average height, leaf length, leaf vein length, leaf width in central ) and the flower department shape target ( average calyx numbers, tongue pieces, tongue duration, flowering) as well as the number of seedlings produced root clone. The results indicated, under 25% light intensity, not only the adult plant grows quickly, moreover relatively vigorous and healthy, the survival percentage is high, the flower opened most earliest, the calyx number are much more; Under 100% light intensity , the adult plant gTOWS slowly, and the survival percentage was the lowest, also calyx's differentiation relative was the least; But under 50% light intensity, adult plant's calyx differentiation is most exuberant, blossoms was the most.
