摘要
以蒸馏水为分散介质,使用Malvern Mastersizer对原材料Omyacarb 5进行了粒径分析。考察了超声分散时间、超声分散振幅、搅拌速度、搅拌时间、超声后的稳定时间等因素对Omyacarb 5样品粒径测定的影响,并确定了Omyacarb 5样品粒径的最佳测定条件。
The particle size of Omyacarb S was measured by using the Malvern Mastersizer. The influence of ultrasonic dispersing time, ultrasonic amplitude, stirrer speed, stirring time and the wait time falter ultrasonic on measurement of Omyacarb 5 particle size are investigated. The optimum dispersing conditions are determined in the end.
