Reflection on Improving Management of Maintenance in the School

房屋等基础设施是学校办学的重要物质条件,基础设施的维修是确保学校教学、办公顺利进行、促进学校发展的重要的后勤保障工作。要真正做好维修保障工程,就必须在正确认识维修工程管理存在的主要问题的基础上,根据工作难点积极探索维修工程管理的有效途径,提高维修工程质量,从而为学校实现又好又快的发展创造必要的硬件基础设施条件。

Infrastructure like buildings is the key prerequisites for running a school.Its maintenance is an important logistic guarantee for teaching,working and promoting the school＇s progress.In order to do it well,the author advocates,on the basis of a correct understanding of existing main problems and difficulties,energetically exploring an effective way in managing maintenance works and raising their quality so as to create the necessary hardware infrastructure which supports the school to achieve a sound and rapid development.
