Under the impact of market economy,employees of restructured enterprise are little by little changing their ideas and behavioral pattern,resulting in a gradual increasing of instability factor.Therefore,the author advocates giving full play to the Party organization＇s role,continuing to innovate the way of ideological and political work,making great efforts to strengthen mental counseling of the employees in order to bring about a steady progress of restructured enterprise and a harmonious and stable oilfield.
