摘要
为解决露石水泥混凝土路面露石分布均匀性问题,提出一种基于数字图像技术的露石分布均匀性评价方法。利用数码相机获得露石水泥混凝土路面图像信息,基于露石的形态特征提取图像中的露石形状,并计算露石的外露面积和颗粒直径;应用相关系数法和露石面积变异系数法定量评价露石水泥混凝土路面露石分布状况。结果表明:通过计算机测量,可以避免人为选区的主观性;计算面积变大,减小了露石分布不均带来的误差;对于2幅图像,相关系数可以反映路面露石分布的密切程度;对于拍摄的多幅图像,露石面积的变异系数可以反映路面露石分布的均匀程度。
In order to solve the problem for evaluating particle size distribution on the surface of EACCP,a method is proposed based on digital image processing.This method used digital image technology to obtain the images of EACCP.The shapes of exposed-aggregates were obtained based on particle morphological feature,the areas and diameters of exposed-aggregates were calculated.The correlation-coefficient and area coefficient of variation were used to evaluate particle size distribution.The result shows that this method can avoid the artificial subjective.The calculating area can be extended,the deviation of particle size distribution can be reduced.The closed degree of particle size distribution can be reflected by the correlation-coefficient.The average of particle size distribution can be shown by the coefficient of variation.5 tabs,9 figs,8 refs.
