目的:探讨刺营微创疗法治疗南极科考队员复发性口疮的疗效。方法:先刺溃疡面中央,再沿中央往外均匀点刺数针至数十针(视溃疡面大小),以血溢满溃疡面为宜。结果:治疗前后症状总积分比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01),治愈率83.3%(5例),总有效率100%(6例)。结论:刺营微创疗法治疗南极科考队员复发性口腔溃疡疗效显著。
