异丙酚复合舒芬太尼与单独异丙酚用于无痛人流的临床观察

摘要 目的:探讨异丙酚联合舒芬太尼与单独异丙酚用于无痛人工流产的临床效果。方法:ASA评级1~II级要求无痛人流患者100例,随机分成两组每组50例,Ⅰ组单独静脉注射异丙酚,Ⅱ组静脉注射异丙酚联合舒芬太尼。观察麻醉效果、意识恢复时间、定向力恢复时间、异丙酚用量及不良反应。结果:(1)两组患者均顺利完成人流手术,苏醒过程平稳,两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。(2)异丙酚联合舒芬太尼可提高痛阈,明显减少异丙酚用量,缩短苏醒时间,降低呼吸循环等不良反应(P<0.05)。结论:异丙酚复合舒芬太尼用于无痛人流效果优于单独应用异丙酚。
