摘要
目的:探讨IL-2、IL-10与早期梅毒血清固定形成的关系。方法:采用ELISA法检测20例梅毒血清固定患者IL-2、IL-10浓度,同时以20例经治疗后血清反应阴性梅毒患者及30例健康献血者为对照。结果:与阴转组和正常组比,试验组患者IL-2水平较低,而IL-10水平较高(P<0.05);阴转组和正常组IL-2及IL-10水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:早期梅毒血清固定的形成可能与Thl/Th2比例失衡有关。
Objective：To explore the relationship between the levels of IL-2,IL-10 and the sero-resistant form of early syphilis.Methods：The serum levels of IL-2,IL-10 were measured by ELISA in 20 patients with early sero-resistant syphilis patients,20 patients with negative results after treatment and 30 healthy controls.Results：The level of IL-2 was lower and the level of IL-10 was higher,compared with those of the controls（P〈0.05）.However,there was no difference in the levels of IL-2,IL-10 between the controls（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There is a correlation between the imbalance of Thl/Th2 reaction and the sero-resistant form of early syphilis.
