组建具有海西特色高等职业教育集团的探索

Exploration on Forming Higher Vocational Education Group with Haixi Features

职教集团对于整合职教资源,推动职业教育院校之间、校企之间合作有实质的推动作用,在实际操作中还需要政策支持、政府牵头、校企联动。组建有海西特色的职业教育集团,要将组建工作纳入教育部门工作计划;要充分发挥职业集团化办学过程中的政府职能,推进集团化办学的可持续性发展;要树立集团化办学是一个阶段性发展过程的思想,形成政府职能阶段性配置的意识。

Vocational Education Group can promote the integration of vocational education resources,the cooperation among vocational colleges between colleges and enterprises,and policy supports,actions led by government and college-enterprise joint efforts are needed in practice.The article puts forward suggestions on the formation of vocational education group with Haixi features.It points out that it＇s necessary to put the formation work into the agenda of relevant educational units,to give full play of government functions in the process of running the group in order to promote the sustainable development of education,as well as to guide the construction of the group with the scientific development concept,establishing the ideas that education run by group is a phased development process and government functions should be configured by stage accordingly.In addition,it proposes the thoughts and countermeasures on promoting the group building between Fujian and Taiwan with Haixi features.
