高职教育结构与区域经济结构调整的适应性分析

区域经济结构的调整必然会引起高职教育结构的变化,高职教育结构应主动应对区域经济变化而带来的产业结构调整。通过分析高职教育结构与区域经济发展的关系,提出高职院校的专业结构创新和改造设想;针对高职院校的布局调整,提出要有利于开展"产学合作",有利于区域经济发展和新生劳动力的聚集;对高职教育的形态结构调整,提出要适应区域经济变化所需的多种教育形式。

The adjustment of regional economic structure will inevitably lead to the changes of higher vocational education structure.The question is how the vocational education structure deal with the changes of regional economic structure.This paper analyzes the relationship between regional economic development and the structure of higher vocational education,and puts forward the innovation of professionals structure and ideas.The layout of vocational colleges should be in favor of developing industry-college cooperation and the gathering of the renew workforce for the regional economy development.The structure adjustment of vocational education should take multiple modes to face the regional economic changes.
