摘要
根据"双师型"教师分层培养动因和依据,阐明对不同层次教师设定不同的培养目标、培养周期,采取不同的培养方法和手段,使其获得专业能力提升的培养策略和培养途径。实践证明"双师型"教师分层培养策略与途径行之有效。
According to the stratified training motivation and basis of " dual-qualification "teachers,this article expounds different training targets and period set for teachers,adopts different training methods and means to let them obtain training strategies and methods of professional capacity improvement.It is practically proved that the strategies and methods of "Double Certificate" teachers stratified cultivation are effective.
