摘要
高职教育的目标是培养高素质技能型专门人才,高技能专门人才应该是职业技能和职业精神兼备的职业化人才。工学结合的人才培养模式给高职学生职业精神的培养带来了机遇和挑战,借助工学结合的人才培养平台加强学生的职业精神培养是其有效的途径。
The goal of higher vocational education is to develop high-quality and skilled talents having the professional skills and spirit.The mode of work-study combination brings opportunties and challenges to students＇ professional spirit cultivation.How to draw support from the talents cultivation platform of work-study combination is an important issue for higher vocational colleges.
