According to the investigation of local higher vocational colleges and enterprises of manufacture-learning-research cooperation,the paper points out the existing problems and bottleneck of the cooperation in education.,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions： creating the external environment in favor of the cooperation,raising funds to safeguard the cooperation,constructing the cooperation mechanism of sharing the benefits and risks,playing the advantage of ＂teaching and research ＂and leading the enterprises into vocational colleges,promoting the diversity and depth of the cooperation.
