六白白疕巴布剂药物提取正交实验研究

Optimization of extraction conditions of Liubaibaibi Cataplasm by orthogonal

目的优选六白白疕巴布剂药物提取液制备的最佳提取工艺.方法以高效液相色谱法测定组方主要药物甘草的主要有效成分甘草酸含量为指标,采用正交试验设计法,对乙醇浓度,乙醇用量(倍),提取时间(h),提取次数等因素进行考察.结果影响因素从大到小依次为提取次数>乙醇用量>提取时间>乙醇浓度;其中提取次数影响最大.结论最佳提取工艺条件是每次用五倍药材量的50%乙醇,提取三次,每次提取时间40min.

OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Liubaibaibi Cataplasm.METHODS Using the orthogonal design,the content of glycyrrhizic acid was determined by HPLC to optimize the extraction process,The investigation factors were ethanol concentration,alcohol volume,extraction time and extract times.RESULTS Extraction of factors in decreasing order of extract timesalcohol volumeextraction timeethanol concentration;extract times was the most Important factor.CONCLUSION The best extraction process of Liubaibaibi Cataplasm was obtained as following：5 times of 50% alcohol,extraction for 3 times and 40min for each time.
