妇炎消洗剂的稳定性考察

Study on stability of Fuyanxiao Lotions

目的考察妇炎消洗剂的稳定性.方法建立高效液相色谱法测定妇炎消洗剂中主成分绿原酸的含量测定方法,以绿原酸含量为指标,采用初均速法预测其有效期.结果绿原酸进样量在0.2144～2.1440μg(r=0.9962)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.71%,RSD=0.85%(n=6).该制剂稳定性好,25℃下有效期为1年.结论初均速法预测妇炎消洗剂的有效期快捷、简便.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the stability of Fuyanxiao Lotions.METHODS The content of chlorogenic Acid in Fuyanxiao Lotions was determined by HPLC.We predicted the expiration date by initial average rate method.RESULTS The linear range of chlorogenic Acid was 0.2144～2.1440μg（r=0.9962）.The average recovery was 99.71% and the RSD was 0.85%（n=6）.Stability of Fuyanxiao Lotions was good,the expiration date at 25℃ was 1 year.CONCLUSION This method was rapid and simple.
