摘要
细菌染色法是观察细菌形态结构,了解细菌代谢、繁殖状态的常用技术.本文参考有关文献的报道,总结多年实验教学的经验,在传统的染色方法之上加以改进,以便更清晰地观察细菌的形态结构,并就微生物实验教学中常用的细菌染色方法及注意事项进行介绍.
Staining method for bacteria is a common technology which was used to observe bacterial morphology,metabolism and reproductive status.This paper refered to the literature reports,and summarize the experiences of many years of experimental teaching,improve the traditional staining methods for bacteria,in order to obtain a clearer observation of bacterial morphology.In this paper,commonly using of bacteria staining methods and its notes in experimental teaching of microbe were introduced.
