摘要
政府工作的复杂性决定了公务员绩效考核不能仅通过行政效率和成本比率来判断。关联绩效能够促进组织内的协调与合作,从而提高整个组织工作的有效性。在以往研究和问卷分析的基础上,构建了公务员关联绩效量表,探索其结构维度,并对公务员关联绩效状况进行分析,提出提高公务员关联绩效的几点建议。
The performance of civil servants cant’ be evaluated only by administration efficiency and cost for the complexity of work.Contextual performance can promote coordination intra-organizational,so as to increase the effectiveness of organization.The paper constructs the contextual performance scale of civil servants based on previous studies and questionnaire analysis,then explores its constitution dimension and analyzes the situation of civil servants.It finally puts forward some suggestions.
