摘要
对柴油机连杆动力学模型进行研究.结构动力学分析采用自主开发的SERLOD系统,以我国16V240ZJ柴油机连杆为例,工作载荷应用转动惯量法求出施加在相应位置,将油膜按弹簧进行模型化处理.结果表明在其他因素同等条件下,考虑油膜的动力学计算可以获得容易产生较大破坏的连杆低频振动参数.
Dynamic model of diesel engine connecting rod is studied.Taking 16V240ZJ diesel engine as example,the structural dynamics analysis is taken by using self-developed SERLOD system.The load with rotary inertial method were calculated and were applied to relevant position by considering oil film to structural dynamics and simplifying it to spring.The results show that the consideration of the oil film kinetics calculation can get easily produce larger low-frequency vibration parameters of connecting rod on the same conditions on considering other factors.
