精神分裂症急性期伴自杀行为患者的临床分析

Analysis of acute schizophrenia patients with suicidal behavior

目的探讨精神分裂症急性期伴自杀行为患者的临床特征。方法对64例精神分裂症急性期伴自杀行为患者进行分析,并与564例精神分裂症急性期无自杀行为患者的临床资料进行对照分析。结果 2组在性别、婚姻状况方面无显著性差异;在文化程度、居住地、病前有无生活事件方面有显著性差异。在临床症状方面,研究组的幻觉、思维障碍、抑郁症状明显高于对照组,而冲动行为、情感平淡、意志减退2组则无显著性差异。发生自杀未遂者以服用精神科药物居多,发生地点多于家中,多数患者自杀前有表示过其自杀意图。结论精神分裂症患者急性期伴自杀行为的危险因素为幻觉、思维障碍、抑郁症状、病前生活事件等。多与患者沟通及时发现其自杀意图,严格控制药物来源为有效地预防其自杀的措施之一。

Objective To study the acute phase of schizophrenia patients with clinical features of suicidal behavior. Methods Sixty-four cases of acute schizophrenia patients with suicidal behavior were analyzed, and were compared with 564 cases of suicidal behavior in schizophrenic patients with acute non-clinical data. Results There were no significante differenre in gender, marital status of the two groups. The differences of education, place of residence, whether or not life events before the disease had significanly statistical significance. In the clinical symptoms, the study group hllueinations, thought disorder, depressive symptoms were significantly higher, and impulsive behavior, affective flattening, will decline had no significant difference be- tween the two groups. Attempted suicide by taking the majority of psychotropic drugs, which had ocerurred more than at home, most patients had committed suicide, said before his suicide intent. Conclusion The risk factors of acute phase of schizophrenia are suicidal behavior hallucinations, thought disorder, depression, illness and other life events before. More timely communication with patients to find suicidal intent,strict control of drug source are effective measures to prevent suicide.
